For two years, Marianne Gibson searched all over London for Vegan desserts but could only find a limited selection of Vegan alternatives, with the few options available hidden in the alcoves of supermarket freezers and lacking the variety she was after. As a practicing Vegan – and lifelong animal lover – Marianne felt that people shouldn’t have to compromise their ethics to eat their favourite foods.
After deciding there was a need for a dedicated Plant-Based Dessert Boutique in London, Marianne embarked on an adventure to create the best quality Plant-Based products, using as many natural ingredients as possible.
The team decided to scout for locations in London when they stumbled upon Parsons Green – the beating heart of Fulham. This would become home to the first completely Plant-Based Dessert Boutique.
